YEEEEESSSS! I can't wait for this. I've seen it from space (Google Earth) and some website pics, but nothing from a "normal" person. Make sure your battery is fully charged this time

Yes, he did. Shame on you Willygoat! That is like calling me or thee "Normal". Let's see... a fair punishment might be to build the BUFF in 1/288 to go with my Peacemaker. heh
:P

Hehehe. Punishment for you Lep. Not me. I take pleasure in seeing you squint.

Yes, Murph, I called you "normal". But, notice the quotes. You are still "special" enough to not be plain old normal.

You misunderstood. You should do the Buff, not I.

I think you misunderstood Lep. I don't build in a scale that I need a microscope for! You needed a new challenge anyway :)

These are some of the 200 odd shots I took at the Pima Air Museum

Image
A slight perspective on the sheer size of the SR-71. On the right is my Sister in law, in the tan pants under the engines. The red splash at the far left is my brother. He's twice as big as her, btw. Oh, and we paced it out, it's also longer than a Lockheed Constellation.

Image
Me pretending to be sucked into a giant turbofan.

Image
Worlds second smallest airplane

Image
Super Guppy. Not the worlds smallest airplane

Image
Somebody broke their Duck. Actually one of two experimental derivitives of the Duck

Image
B-18 Bolo

Image
Somebody mentioned liking the A-10.

Image
B-24

Image
C-47

Image
V-1 buzzbomb

Image
RA-5 Whatchamacallit

Image
Primary candidate for ugliest plane at the museum

Image
This was a recent topic in the wierd planes forum

Image
Found this neat cutaway drawing of a B-17

Image
The whole reason I came down here. the B-36, most of it anyway.

Image
Finally, me about to get into trouble trying to climb into the B-17.

Super pictures murph :D. If that yellow and black stripey thing is only the second smallest airplane in the world, then I wonder what kind of size the smallest one is .
